Ebay item 8/31/21
www.ebay.com/itm/174916461120
Current bid: $2,125 reserve not met 16 bids 6 days left in auction, seller damentia211, 59k miles.

Seller's description:
Up for auction is my fathers rare 1976 jaguar xj6c 2 Door. My father purchased this vehicle a long time ago to restore, but has now decided to sell. The 2 door coupe is becoming very hard to find. What makes this particular vehicle special is its a California desert car with little to no rust I am aware of. This vehicle was a 1 owner car, that was purchased from the son of the original owner. This Jag still holds its original custom blue plates and original pink slip which is very rare. Car is showing 59k unconfirmed miles. Previous owner stated drivetrain and exhaust were rebuilt. While unable to verify this, it looks like a lot of work has been done on the motor, and exhaust looks new underneath. This Jag has a deluxe Chevy 350 conversion kit from popular Jag enthusiast Mundorf conversions. Car will come with some documents and articles concerning this Chevy conversion. Car starts, runs, drives, and shifts. My father has only driven vehicle around the block and has since kept it stored. I am sure it would need some kind of servicing as it has been stored quite a while. AC is non op. Body is very straight and nice. Has a small dent on rear light corner and ding on bottom drivers door. Interior, vinyl top, and paint has taken a weathering from the sun, but pretty decent considering this is a 40+ yo vehicle. But I will let pics speak for themselves. Dash has crack, vinyl top is worn and interior showing some wear. Trunk is full of spare parts and will come with original dealer repair guides and manuals (hard to find and not cheap). Overall a very decent vehicle for someone looking to get into one of these rare 2 door Jags. My father is willing to sell to the first reasonable offer.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
