Ebay item 4/20/19
www.ebay.com/itm/1985-Jaguar-XJ6/333160547582
Opening bid US $2,500, no bids 9 days left in auction buy it now price $5,000, seller rgauthiereb, 135k miles.

Seller's description:
This car has spent its entire life in AZ. The car stayed with its original owner for almost 30 years and was Jaguar dealer serviced as required. Four years ago she became unable to drive and I bought it as my AZ driver (I am a snow-bird and split my time between OR and AZ). It has never been in an accident and is rust free. Both the body and the interior look to be a few years old, not the 34 years it actually is. It has beautiful wire wheels and a sound system with iPhone input and Bluetooth.

I had no intention of selling it, but I am a car guy and recently found a rare car for which I had been searching for many years. I bought it and intend to use it as my AZ winter driver. Unfortunately, I do not have adequate garage space in AZ to keep both cars and the Jaguar must go.

Although this car is not perfect, everything important functions perfectly. The brakes are great, the A/C blows ice cold, the engine, which has 130K miles, purrs and it just passed AZ emissions testing. Last summer I drove it from AZ to OR. It performed flawlessly and burned one quart of oil. It does have a couple of small problems. One of the electric window switches in the console needs to be replaced and the horn is not working. Other than that, it’s fault free.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
