This XJC was subject to a restoration back in 1990. There are a large number of bills from this period present as well as those for more routine work carried out after and till we acquired the car over 2 years ago. We have carried out minor works and improvements and sorted the bits that needed sorting such as the bimetal choke. This is all well recorded and includes the fitting of a Kenlowe fan and a full stainless exhaust.
Suspension, steering and brakes have all been overhauled. This is now a practical classic Jaguar that is a joy to own and a real pleasure to drive.
The car comes with a Handbook and Maintenance Service Book and old MOT Test Certificates going back to 1993 which show that the car has done about a 1000 miles in the last 22 years. Time for the car to hit the open road and be used a lot more.
