Car has a buy it now price of $13,850 for 20 days, seller portfoliomotorsllc. mileage not listed.
Sellers description:
1978 Jaguar XJ6 Series II
This beautiful vehicle is finished in dark blue on tan hides. It is a California Car with all service records. This very well-kept vehicle is in outstanding condition; the paint has high gloss shine and the interior is immaculate; the leather is soft and supple; the seats have no cracks, rips or tears; the headliner is in like-new condition; it has original carpet, which is in excellent condition for being over 30 years-old. This vehicle's previous owner babied it. When it needed something, it was taken in and all work was done by well-known Jaguar mechanics. The undercarriage of this vehicle is in outstanding shape with no visible leaks and under the bonnet looks even better. I have service records from the year 2002 until present that show over $14,000 in service and repairs. I also have original passport to service with service stamps beginning from May of 1978 when the car had 913 miles. This vehicle is a true survivor and has been in the hands of the correct people that understood what it was to own a Jaguar. They truly kept this vehicle in the condition that it is today. At some point this gorgeous car's paint was refinished. The paint work is great and undoubtedly cost several thousand dollars. The passenger side rear door has scuffs in the paint that have been touched up. Otherwise, the paint is in excellent shape with the exception of a few minor scratches and small door dings. All chrome on the vehicle is excellent and shines like new. All glass on the vehicle is in excellent shape. All gauges work as they should as well as the windows and door locks. The engine and transmission run and shift as they should. I also have two sets of keys and the books with all service records. This vehicle is ready to impress your friends, neighbors and colleagues, and will turn heads wherever it goes. Please do not hesitate on this Jaguar as it will not disappoint. I welcome pre-purchase inspections and encourage you do so before you purchase this vehicle. It is 38 years-old and is not new so it will have its flaws. That being said, it is the finest example I have seen in several years and would be a pleasure to own.
