Ebay item 12/7/20
www.ebay.com/itm/1975-Jaguar-XJ6/114561953046
Current bid: $8,600 reserve not met 6 bids 9 days left in auction, seller jagnut, 3k miles reported.

Seller's description:
I am the second owner of this rare, Jaguar XJ6C Coupe. I completed the restoration of the car in 2013 and have driven it 3,167 miles since then. I have the original speedometer/odometer from the car which shows 77,394 miles prior to restoration. Total mileage is therefore 80,561. The car is all matching numbers with its original engine and drive train. I restored it to European spec getting rid of the ugly rubber bumpers and too small outside headlights. The front and rear bumpers are from a Series 1 car and are both re-chromed single piece with chrome over-riders. Paint is British racing green, jaguar color Poseidon Green Metallic from 1982. Interior is Jaguar biscuit color with leather seats. The wood dash is new OEM with all original OEM gauges and switches. The remote electrically operated mirrors and from a Series 3 XJ6 as are the color matched sun visors. The sun roof is manually operated and seals very well. All of the air conditioning equipment is installed but I have not charged it as I do not use the air conditioning. Everything else mechanical and electrical operates as it should. The ignition has been upgraded to modern electronic with high output coil and the carburetors have been upgraded to period correct Weber units. The car comes complete with many spare parts and an indoor car cover.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
