I bought the car around 15 years ago as a none runner from a Police officer who said it seemed to have a starter fault. After I purchased the car I removed the starter and checked everything only to find that the engine was actually seized!. I removed the spark plugs and poured penetrating oil into the cylinders and then gradually piled stuff on top of the engine in the shed and it got left. I'm now in the process of trying to get the engine to turn over again. John
