This 1987 Jaguar XJ12 Vanden Plas is powered by a 5.3-liter V12 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission, and it is finished in Dorchester Grey over Savile Grey leather. The 15″ Kent vented alloy wheels are mounted with Motomaster tires, and braking is handled by ventilated front and solid rear discs.

The seating surfaces are trimmed in Savile Grey leather (LDY), while burl wood accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Interior equipment includes a trip computer, front bucket seats, cruise control, and power windows and locks. The cassette radio does not work. The car is equipped with automatic climate control, although air conditioning components have been removed to facilitate the installation of a larger radiator.

The two-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 260-km/h speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline as well as gauges for oil pressure, voltage, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer shows 118k kilometers (~74k miles), approximately 400 of which were added under current ownership.

The 5.3-liter V12 was factory rated at 295 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. A larger radiator has been installed.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Turbo-Hydramatic three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.
