Opening bid $1,100, no reserve, no bids 6 days left in auction. 158k miles.

Sellers description:
This Jaguar belongs to a customer of mine. It needs transmission work. It has been parked for approximatly 2.5 years now and needs to find a new home. Before the transmission quit, it was a nice running Jaguar. It was well maintained and serviced on time. He had it repainted a few years ago and it still looks very nice. The stiching on the drivers seat needs attention and the side bolster shows wear. With the transmission replaced with a used one or this tranny rebuilt, you will have a very nice example of a XJ-6.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
