This 1986 Jaguar XJ6 is a Series III sedan finished in Claret Metallic over Biscuit leather upholstery and powered by a 4.2-liter inline-six paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes 15″ alloy wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, a sunroof, automatic climate control, cruise control, an AM/FM cassette stereo, and a digital trip computer. The car spent time in several states before being acquired by the seller in 2022 and relocated to Florida. This XJ6 shows 51k miles and is now offered at no reserve with partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title in the seller’s name.

The body is finished in Claret Metallic (CEA) with gold pinstriping and bright trim. Additional exterior details consist of a power sunroof, a “leaper” hood ornament, a power antenna, dual exhaust outlets, and quad headlights with chrome bezels. The seller notes that the lower section of the right doors shows evidence of paintwork, and corrosion is present on the underside of the rear bumper.

Factory 15″ Kent alloy wheels with gray accents and Jaguar center caps are mounted with older 215/70 General Altimax RT43 tires. A full-size spare is located in the trunk, and braking is provided by power-assisted discs at each corner.

The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in Biscuit leather (ADE), complemented by wood veneer trim on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Amenities include automatic climate control, a digital trip computer, cruise control, a rear window defogger, a factory AM/FM cassette stereo, and power windows, door locks, and mirrors. The headliner was reportedly replaced in 2013, and the center console upholstery is cracked near the rear air vent.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, voltage, and oil pressure. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 51k miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership.

The fuel-injected 4.2-liter inline-six was factory rated at 176 horsepower and 219 lb-ft of torque. The seller reports a fluids service was performed in 2023.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a three-speed BorgWarner automatic transmission. Corrosion is visible on the underbody components.
