Current bid $1,000, no reserve, 6 bids 3 days left in auction. 60k miles.

Sellers description:
Put over $8,000 in this vehicle to restore. It was going be my pride and joy. But thanks to Chuck Farlin of Restorations Unlimited he took my $5000.00 (paid in full) and ran leaving me with a car stripped down and unpainted. I want to sell this car to someone who will finish the restoration, it only has 60,000 miles on it and the interior is excellent. All the fenders, door handles and chrome is in excellent condition and inside the car. I have all the manuels, original car instruction tape and historic pictures. Great for collector.

I took this car to have it restored 3 years ago. It was ready for paint when Chuck Farlin of Restorations Unlimited located in Akron Ohio called and told me he needed the remaining $2500.00 before he painted it. I paid him and he took my money and ran. Took it to Cliff Auto Body Shop in Ravenna and he has not gotten around to painting it. I just want to sell this car to someone who wants a really nice car and does painting. All rust has been taken off the car.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
