Ebay item 12/19/15
www.ebay.com/itm/Jaguar-XJ6-/252218093072
Opening bid US $1,500, no reserve, no bids 6 days left in auction. Seller rjiac4chp, 3k miles.

Sellers description:
This is a 1972 Jaguar XJ6 for sale. It has been stored inside for 15 years and when it was brought in it had just had new leather interior installed as well as the wood trim refinished. The body is straight with no rust, and the paint is slightly faded. It has an exceptionally good body with new interior and would make an excellent start for restoration...

All of the bright work is in great condition and all the glass is good. The biggest problem with this car is somebody put in a Chevy V8 conversion. But if you currently have a rusted project with bad interior and a good engine, it would not be hard to put it back to original, or leave the V8 in it. The conversion would need detail work completed including heater hoses, A/C etc.- but it does run and drive.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
