A comparatively rare Series 1 2.8 Litre, chassis 1G12868DN was built during 1972 but not road registered until January 1st 1973. Entering the current family ownership some two years later, it is understood to have covered just 51,800 miles from new. Recently recommissioned and MOT'd at a cost of circa £3,000 following seventeen years' storage, it is described by the vendor as being in "good" condition with regard to its engine, four-speed manual plus overdrive gearbox, electrical equipment, brown leather upholstery, bodywork and paintwork.
